1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Prayer Centre Church of God governing your access to and use of the PCCG Partners mobile application (the "App") and any related services or content made available through it.

By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you accept these Terms in full. If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To use PCCG Partners, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be prohibited from using the App under any applicable law or prior PCCG decision; and
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

We reserve the right to decline or terminate any account where eligibility requirements are not met.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

You may register using your email address, Google account, or Facebook account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 WhatsApp Number Requirement

A valid WhatsApp phone number is required for all partners. After completing your initial sign-in, the App will prompt you to provide this number before granting access to partner features. This number is used exclusively for ministry communications and will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

3.3 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, accumulate points, or manipulate the leaderboard is strictly prohibited.

4 Partner Types

The App supports two partner categories. Your partner type determines the features available to you:

4.1 Financial Partners

Financial Partners support the ministry through a recurring monthly commitment processed via Paystack. In return, Financial Partners receive access to partner-only live streams, a transaction history, contribution receipts, and exclusive ministry communications.

4.2 Media Partners

Media Partners amplify the church's message by sharing ministry-approved content across their personal social media channels. Points are awarded for verified shares, and Media Partners progress through tier levels that unlock additional features, including access to partner-only live streams and, at higher tiers, a Picture-in-Picture (PIP) video editing tool.

4.3 Tier Status

Your tier status is determined solely by our backend systems — for Financial Partners, based on verified payment webhooks; for Media Partners, based on accumulated share points. The App displays your tier but cannot alter it. Any attempt to manipulate tier status through the client or by other means is a material breach of these Terms.

5 Payments & Contributions

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Paystack. By initiating a payment, you agree to Paystack's Terms of Service. PCCG does not store your card or bank account details.

5.2 Contribution Acknowledgement

Contributions made through the App are voluntary financial support of the ministry. A digital receipt is generated for each successful transaction and is accessible within the App.

5.3 Tier Activation

Tier upgrades are applied only after a payment has been successfully verified by our webhook system. We do not guarantee instant tier activation — processing may take a few minutes depending on network conditions.

5.4 Disputes & Refunds

If you believe a payment has been incorrectly processed, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at PCCG's sole discretion and subject to Paystack's refund policies.

6 Content Sharing (Media Partners)

6.1 Shareable Content

Media Partners may share only content that has been officially published and approved by PCCG administrators within the App. You must not modify, alter, or misrepresent the content when sharing it.

6.2 Permitted Platforms

Content may be shared via WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram through the App's built-in share functionality. Sharing to any platform using methods that circumvent the App's share tracking is not permitted.

6.3 Honest Sharing

You agree that all shares are genuine — shared to real audiences on your own authentic social media accounts. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to simulate shares
• Creating fake social accounts to generate additional share events
• Sharing to private groups, locked accounts, or audiences of fewer than five real people with the primary intention of earning points rather than spreading content
• Any scheme designed to artificially inflate your share count or points balance

6.4 Deduplication

To prevent abuse, the system enforces a one-point-per-content-per-platform limit within any rolling one-hour window. Duplicate share events within that window will not award additional points.

7 Points & Leaderboard

Points are awarded automatically by our backend system upon verification of qualifying share events. Points are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any equivalent.

Leaderboard rankings are computed by a scheduled Cloud Function and are read-only within the App. PCCG reserves the right to adjust, correct, or nullify points balances where abuse or error is detected, without prior notice.

Disputes regarding point calculations must be raised within 14 days of the event in question by contacting us through the details in Section 16.

8 Live Stream Access

Partner-only live streams are accessible to all active partners (both Financial and Media) through the App. Live stream links are delivered exclusively within an authenticated session inside the App and are never displayed in any public-facing interface.

You agree not to:

• Record, reproduce, or redistribute live stream content without prior written consent from PCCG;
• Share your account credentials to provide others with access to live streams;
• Attempt to extract or cache stream URLs for use outside the App.

PCCG makes no guarantee of uninterrupted stream availability and accepts no liability for outages caused by third-party infrastructure, internet connectivity, or circumstances beyond our control.

9 Acceptable Use

When using PCCG Partners, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Post, transmit, or share content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to others;
• Impersonate any person or entity, including PCCG staff or other partners;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App, its backend, or other users' accounts;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its servers;
• Use the App to harvest or collect personal data about other users.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation of this section, including suspension or permanent termination of your account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, video, live streams, and software — is the property of Prayer Centre Church of God or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App solely for its intended purpose. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, modify, or create derivative works of any App content.

When you share ministry content via the App's share functionality, you do so under the limited permission granted by PCCG for that purpose. No other rights in that content are transferred to you.

11 Termination

11.1 By PCCG

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if it is necessary to protect the App, its users, or the ministry.

11.2 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Accrued points are forfeited on account closure and cannot be reinstated.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 10, 12, 13, and 14) will remain in effect.

12 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

PCCG does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prayer Centre Church of God and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of points or tier status, or loss of revenue — arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if PCCG has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall PCCG's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total amount you paid through the App in the three months preceding the claim.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

15 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will notify you via a push notification or in-app message at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the App after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and may close your account.
